Position Summary: - Assists Radiologists and Imaging technologists with procedures performed in the Imaging Department. - Tasks will range from administering and maintaining IV, IM, SQ, and PO medications, to recovering patients from same-day surgical procedures. - You will help in multiple modalities to ensure patient safety before, during and after their scheduled appointments.

Essential Job Functions: - Review imaging procedures with patients to ensure comfort and understanding. Start or check peripheral IVs and assess ports. - Performs Specialist nursing procedures by assessing, planning and working closely with consultant radiologists. - Observes and records signs, symptoms, and behaviors, including the physiological status of patients during and after interventional procedures.

Qualifications: - Strong work ethic, ability to cope with stress in a fast-paced work environment. - Excellent communications skills (verbal/written), phone and computer skills. - Current RN license for the State of Utah required.  

Hours: Weekdays, no holidays or weekends. We need Fridays 7a-5p - can work 1-2 other days during the week you choose which days.
