Wood County Hospital is accepting applications for a Registered Polysomnography Technologist. The Sleep Tech performs the process of assessment, monitoring and recording of physiologic data for the    diagnosis of sleep disordered conditions.

Job Duties:

• Ability to interpret all phases of testing levels, lead and disorder identification, scoring capability a plus.
• Effective use of computer software programs used by Sleep Lab
• Knowledgeable of all Sleep Lab equipment
• Documents client information, testing data and client education according to department policy and procedure.
• Communicates client and lab information in a concise, timely, courteous and accurate  manner with physicians, co-workers, supervisors, client and client’s families.

Shift Details:

Hours: Nights, 12-hour shift 

Minimum Requirements:

Required Certifications:

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
• BLS through the American Heart Association
