Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Salary: $25.00 $28.13 per hour

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | Rotating weekends and on-call

Job Description:

A well-established healthcare facility in Lawton, OK is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join their team. This full-time night shift position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal units. This role also involves training RT personnel within those specialty areas.

A $6,000 sign-on bonus is currently available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units
• Administer therapies such as oxygen, inhaled medications, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation
• Respond to emergency situations (e.g., code blues)
• Train and mentor other respiratory therapy personnel
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols
• Participate in rotational on-call and weekend coverage

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state licensure to practice as an RRT in Oklahoma
• Strong clinical skills in critical care respiratory therapy
• Ability to train and guide other RT team members
• Flexibility to work night shifts and rotational schedules
