Registered Respiratory Therapist Flexible Shifts (PRN | Days, Nights, Weekends)

The Staff Pad is partnering with Blue Ridge
Medical Center, located in Blue Ridge, GA to find a compassionate
and skilled Respiratory Therapist who is passionate about delivering
exceptional patient care. If you thrive in a fast -paced clinical environment

What You’ll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in
assessing, treating, and managing patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.
You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to
deliver high -quality respiratory care and support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing respiratory assessments, treatments, and diagnostic
  evaluations
  
• Monitoring and managing patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies
  and abnormalities
  
• Collaborating with physicians to develop and implement patient care
  plans
  
• Providing clinical consultation, education, and technical support to
  healthcare staff
  
• Operating and maintaining respiratory therapy equipment
  
• Responding effectively in urgent and critical care situations
  
• Supporting additional departmental and patient care duties as needed
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated professional who is confident
working independently, communicates effectively, and remains calm under
pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  preferred
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
  
• Emotionally mature with the ability to perform effectively in
  high -stress situations
  

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Georgia Respiratory Care Professional License required
  
• NBRC Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred
  
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  
• PALS and NRP certifications preferred
  
• All certifications must remain active throughout employment
