A community-based acute care hospital in western North Carolina is adding Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to its night team. There are currently three openings for therapists who are comfortable working across routine respiratory care, urgent situations, and hospital emergencies.
If you prefer nights and want a role where you'll use your clinical judgment rather than simply move from treatment to treatment, this deserves a closer look.
You'll work with patients who have a wide range of respiratory needs, from scheduled therapies and diagnostic testing to rapidly changing clinical situations.
You'll assess how patients are responding to treatment, recognize when something isn't right, and communicate with the broader clinical team when intervention is needed.
When a code or emergent call comes in, you'll be part of the response.

Base salary: $58,177–$78,520
Compensation within the range is based on experience and qualifications.
