Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Inpatient, Hospital

Shift: Days or Nights (Rotating weekends)
Location: Osceola, FL

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. As a therapist, you will provide skilled services in an inpatient, hospital environment and in collaboration with other providers.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, the RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) will perform all respiratory care related duties. Set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages. Responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation. Expected to be self-directed in the absence of the full-time Team Leader. Maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given.

Compensation:

• Pay rates: UP to $36.95/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr. for nights
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

·        Must be Registered (RRT) and have a minimum of 1 year of RRT Experience.

·        Completion of an AMA approved respiratory care program (Associate’s Degree)

·        Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

·        Must have the Florida RRT license in hand.
