⚡ Join the Team: ER Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Location: Animal Urgent Care of South Orange County – Mission Viejo, CA
Hours: Full-Time | Swing Shift | Weekends & Holidays Included
Pay: $27–$30+/hr DOE + Stackable Shift Differentials 🤑

The Vibe:
This is fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled, high-stakes ER work. You’ll use all the skills you went to tech school for, plus a few you’ll pick up along the way. This is full-scope RVT life and we actually mean it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
🚑 Triage, stabilize, and monitor critical patients
🩺 Place IVCs, draw blood, push meds, and give injections like a boss
📈 Run in-house labs, assist with ultrasound, and monitor anesthesia
⚕️ Support emergency procedures and CPR
🧠 Collaborate with DVMs and support team with top-tier nursing care
📲 Keep medical records and charges updated in Vetspire
📣 Help train assistants and share your knowledge (we see you, mentor mode)

When You’ll Work:
Swing shift (typically 4:30 pm–1:00 am) including weekends and holidays.

💲Shift Differentials:

+$3/hr for all hours worked Friday 6pm – Monday 8am
Extra bump for any hours worked between 10pm – 8am
These stack with your base rate for max value on tough shifts

What You Bring:
✔️ Active California RVT License
✔️ 2+ years of experience (ER preferred, but not required if you’re confident)
✔️ Fearless attitude, sharp clinical skills, and a desire to keep growing
✔️ You can handle pressure, advocate for patients, and collaborate without ego
