Cornell College invites applications for a full-time registrar. The registrar provides leadership for and coordinates all registrar office activity, including student registration, implementation of academic regulations, maintenance of academic records, production of course schedules and publications, and conveyance of appropriate academic information to faculty, students, and the campus community. The registrar also participates in team efforts to promote student success and retention, and to evaluate and enhance the academic program.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Advanced degree (or commensurate combination of work and experience in higher education) and three years of experience in higher education required.
Preferred Skills
Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally in a variety of situations in person, on the telephone, and in writing. Organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Knowledge of or interest in acquiring expertise in federal regulations relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and Title IV financial aid. Knowledge of Student Information Systems, degree management platforms, and related technologies relevant to higher education.

Work is performed primarily while seated in an office environment. The hiring pay range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000. Cornell College offers a fantastic benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, HSA & FSA accounts, a TIAA 403(b) retirement account, and tuition remission and exchange for employees and dependents. We also offer life insurance, disability insurance, travel insurance, and accident insurance. And, all full-time staff begin with a 4-week vacation accrual along with 14.5 paid holidays per year. This position works on campus with the possibility of some regular remote work.
