Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Registration Authority (RA) Agent to join our team in Quantico, VA.

• Must have an active Secret DoD Clearance
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

Our Registration Authority (RA) Agent will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). In this role, you will support certificate issuance, revocation, and key recovery operations for USMC PKI users across global environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate as an RA supporting certificate issuance, revocation, and key recovery for USMC PKI.
• Provide CAC and SIPRNet Token PIN reset support.
• Issue and manage alternate tokens using NEATs and TMS systems.
• Perform help desk duties to resolve PKI-related issues for global USMC customers.
• Maintain RA logs, documentation, and records per DoD/NSS Certificate Practice Statements.
• Execute timely certificate revocations, disposition, and casualty management.
• Support LRA field operations and training when required.
• Ensure PKI operations align with DoD policy, CNSS CP, and USMC guidance.
• Participate in USMC PKI training initiatives and summits as needed.
• Support a fast-paced, global environment with periodic CONUS/OCONUS travel.

• U.S. Citizen
• Active or obtainable Secret DoD Clearance
• Minimum of two (2+) years of experience in PKI operations

Certifications:

• IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CISSP) equivalent or higher.
• DoD/NSS Registration Authority Certification.
• DoD/NSS Key Recovery Agent Certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundations.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with DoD PKI architecture and certificate lifecycle processes.
• Experience with RA tools and secure workstation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.

This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next 2 months, at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
