What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the calm in the storm, the friendly smile that sets the tone for our patient visits, and the go-to expert for keeping things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism—think concierge-level service with a caring healthcare touch

• Accurately collect patient information and payment details with a sharp eye for detail
• Schedule appointments and enter lab orders efficiently and accurately
• Manage incoming calls, prepare paperwork, and help keep daily operations on track
• Keeping the lobby and your workspace clean, organized, and inviting—because a tidy environment helps everyone feel at ease
• Answer patient questions with empathy, clarity, and a solution-focused mindset
• Ensure patient confidentiality while delivering top-tier service and support
  

What You Bring to the Table:

 ·       1–2 years of experience in patient registration or front desk in a medical setting (preferred)

·       Strong communication skills—you’re good with words, both spoken and written

·       Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment

• Ability to stay organized and focused while juggling multiple tasks
• A strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency
