Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Regulators Team B Production Support Operator - 3rd Shift. \n\nThe hours for this role are 10:00pm -6:30am\n\nThe hourly rate for this position is $19.75 per hour.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\nEaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton\u0027s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nJob Summary \nProduction Support Operator will complete various tasks to support the production of transformer coils. \n\n\n \nJob Responsibilities \n\u2022 Perform tasks across various work stations, including assembly, and material handling. \n\u2022 Verify the size, part number, condition, and quantity of issued materials. \n\u2022 Prepare, collect, and distribute materials needed for building (assembly) \n\u2022 Transfer kits and work in process for assembly orderts to operators. \n\u2022 Unload and load racks with forklift. \n\u2022 Inspect units for errors, load them onto material handling equipment, and scan product if necessary. \n\u2022 Return unused materials to their designated locations, ensuring proper marking for inventory accuracy, and move finished products to its designated area. \n\u2022 Perform tasks to optimize product flow and maximize builder productivity. \n\u2022 Operate a forklift and pallet jackto transport materials and finished products as needed. \n\u2022 Oversee and enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols to guarantee the safe deactivation and isolation of equipment, ensuring energy control procedures are correctly applied to prevent inadvertent machine startup or hazardous energy discharge during repair or maintenance, in line with OSHA regulations and organizational safety guidelines. \n\u2022 Safely operates overhead cranes and hoisting equipment to move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility. \n\u2022 Actively participates in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization. \n\u2022 Achieves and maintains target production rates or output levels, ensuring efficient operations and meeting organizational goals. \n\u2022 Adhere to safety protocols, ensures efficient material handling, housekeeping practices (5S+), and company policies and procedures. \n\u2022 Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nYears and area of experience required \n\n\u2022 1 year of Relevant work experience and manufacturing preferred. \n\nTechnical knowledge \n\n\u2022 Perform basic mathematical functions as required. \n\n## Skills:\n\nPhysical Requirements \n\n\u2022 Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials, with or without accommodations.\n\nEnvironmental Abilities \n\n\u2022 Adhere to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as outlined below. \nHand/Arm \nOver the Elbow Sleeves \nWelding Gloves and Sleeves \nEye/Face \nSafety Glasses \nBrazing Glasses \nWelding Hood/Shield \nEar \nEar plugs \nFoot \nSteel Toe \nMetatarsal Guards \nWork efficiently in hot environments and tolerate loud noises.\n\nSoft skills \n\n\u2022 Demonstrates effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive work ethic, comprehends written and verbal work instructions accurately, and upholds Eaton\u2019s Values and philosophy.\n\n#IND123\n\n#IND456\n\n#LI-KM1\n\n#LI-RR2\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
