Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the completion of gaming license applications and renewals across multiple gaming jurisdictions for all NOVOMATIC Americas territories and associated employees.
• Maintain tracking for all applications and deadlines.
• Assist in maintaining employee licensing data.
• Become familiarized with regulatory requirements for all territories and jurisdictions.
• Other duties as assigned 

• 1-2 years of administrative support experience. Preferably in the electronic casino gaming industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook are a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow direction and prioritize projects using strong problem-solving skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
• Team player with good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Assure that administrative procedures and policies established by VP of Compliance are implemented and followed.
