DESCRIPTION:
The role of the Quality Specialist is to provide regulatory support to internal and external customers in accordance with legal requirements and corporate guidelines. They will perform predefined responsibilities and/or deal with technical/functional problems according to established standards and processes. Some of the core responsibilities include maintaining service level KPIs, adhering to regulatory service frameworks, and mastery of business software (BW/Sage/SFDC).
