Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team 
• Manage daily therapy department operations 
• Maintain productivity, scheduling, and staffing 
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership 
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines 
• Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence 
• Help drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction 
• Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards 

Qualifications

• Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA 
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred 
• Leadership or management experience preferred 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care
