We are searching for a goal-oriented individual with insurance and pre-certification knowledge in the Rehab space that will be working with a team to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided. Duties may include but are not limited to: Verifying coverage and benefits, pre-certifying PT and OT services in the orthopedic setting. Will cross train on ancillary services as needed for surgical procedures, Durable Medical Equipment, WC/MV accounts, and Rehabilitation services.

Coding experience is a PLUS

Previous Surgical Pre-Cert is a PLUS

This is a Full Time position (40 hours per week) based out of our Schaumburg location.

Shift available: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of insurance authorization experience in a medical setting
• E.H.R. experience

Preferred:

• Coding Certification or equivalent experience
• Athena - E.H.R
