We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Rehab Tech / Patient Coordinator Hybrid in our Bluefield office. This hybrid role combines the hands-on responsibilities of a Rehab Tech with the administrative duties of a Patient Coordinator, making it an exciting opportunity for both personal and professional growth.

As a Rehab Tech, you will assist therapists in delivering effective therapy sessions, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. As a Patient Coordinator, you will handle scheduling, manage patient inquiries, and ensure smooth clinic operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about healthcare who wants to make a real difference in patients' lives.

Your Role: 

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support

• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean environment

• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks

• Handle scheduling and front desk duties, including managing patient inquiries and check-ins

• Perform administrative tasks related to patient care coordination and documentation

This hybrid role is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while developing your administrative skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in healthcare is a plus

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in both clinical and administrative roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred

• Current CPR certification is a plus; ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed
