A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Rehabilitation CNA in Grand Rapids, MI 49508. The Rehab Certified Nursing Assistant would be working in a continuing care facility and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 36 hours per week.

Rehab CNA Highlights

• Summary: Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality, direct patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.
• Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2:30P-11P
  • Shift length: 8 Hours
  • Weekend rotation: every other weekend
  • On call: no
• This position is a W2 contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The pay for this position is $23-$27 per hour based on education, experience, and certifications
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Rehab Nursing Assistant Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse, consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.
• Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing, bathing, transporting and feeding.
• Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.
• Maintains patients’ environment/work area/equipment, and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel.
• Complete and maintain required number of CNA educational hours.
• Participation in select unit quality monitoring activities under the direction of the Unit Manager or Nurse Leader.

Rehab CNA Requirements

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course
• Certified Nursing Assistant for State of Michigan (Active and in good standing)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Or ARC American Red Cross Required
