Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position  

Location: Albuquerque, NM 

Job Type: Travel Contract   

Duration: 13 weeks  

Shift: 4x12s Nights 

Pay: $2380/week  

Job Description:  

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The Rehab RN will provide specialized care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to supporting patients through the rehabilitation process. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• 
  

  Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for rehabilitation patients. 

  
  

• 
  

  Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery goals. 

  
  

• 
  

  Educate patients and families on rehabilitation plans, home care, and health maintenance. 

  
  

• 
  

  Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. 

  
  

• 
  

  Promote patient independence and provide emotional support throughout the recovery journey. 

  
  

Qualifications:  

• 
  

  Active RN license in NM 

  
  

• 
  

  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing  

  
  

• 
  

  BLS/CPR certification, COVID vaccine, TB test 

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
