Rehabilitation Staffing Coordinator - Home Care

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Rehab Scheduling Coordinator to join our Home Care team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

The Homecare Rehab Scheduling Coordinator assists the home care department in providing quality care and services to patients and their families by performing day-to-day staffing/scheduling functions and other administrative duties for the rehab team. The Scheduling Coordinator triages phone calls from and communicates information to patients and their families, facility staff, the therapists, and other department staff regarding scheduling and other pertinent issues.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
  
  
  
  • Post secondary education preferred.
  
  
  • Background in staffing/scheduling and/or customer service preferred.
  
  
  • Experience in medical setting preferred.
