Rehabilitation/Therapy Aide

We need a Rehabilitation/Therapy Aide to join our in-house therapy team at Coldspring Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Cold Spring, KY.

$14.75 to $22 Per Hour Based on experience and licensure

No Weekends

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Assisting in the therapy department as Rehabilitation Aide
• Transporting residents to & from therapy department for treatment
• Helping deliver therapy to residents
• Following through with individual and/or group maintenance programs/specialized therapies ordered by a physician
• Maintaining individual records of activity for each resident
• Serving as a resource for CNAs regarding maintenance program techniques
• Helping to feed residents in dining rooms during meals

You’ll Need To Have:

• CNA certification or be a graduate of a PT, OT, COTA or PTA accredited program who has yet to receive state licensure
• The ability to function in a team environment.
• The ability to communicate in writing & record resident responses to treatment 
• Efficient computer skills
• A desire to be trained in the basics of therapy & therapy delivery
• A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly
