On behalf of our industry-leading client, we’re on the hunt for a Detail-Oriented Reinsurance Claims Adjuster who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dig into complex casualty lines (bonus points if you know your way around environmental and asbestos claims).

 What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Claims to Fame):

• Diving into client submissions to ensure everything adds up—because you don’t just cross your t’s, you triple-check them.
• Reviewing and processing reinsurance claims like a contract-sleuthing pro.
• Analyzing data, tracking aggregates, reconciling claim balances, and crunching numbers like a human calculator (but way cooler).
• Partnering with the finance and accounting teams to keep the data clean, accurate, and flowing smoothly.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of reinsurance claims while juggling deadlines, contracts, and data integrity—all without breaking a sweat.

You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field—or equivalent work experience that proves you’ve been around the block.
• 5+ years in reinsurance claims management, especially in casualty lines. (Environmental/asbestos experience? You just became our favorite.)
• A working knowledge of treaty/bordereau reports and an uncanny ability to interpret reinsurance contract language like it’s your first language.
• Independence when you need it, collaboration when it counts.
• Strong analytical chops and laser-sharp attention to detail.
• Communication skills that make even complex topics sound simple.
