We are a local property management company seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Banker. Our company specializes in providing financial solutions and services to our clients, and we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in banking and financial management.

Job Description:
As a Relationship Banker, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, opening new accounts, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position requires expertise in both financial management and banking operations, particularly in handling accounts, certificates of deposits (CDs), and investment accounts.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your banking experience to efficiently open and manage various types of accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts such as CDs and ICS type accounts.
Monitor accounts for compliance with FDIC regulations and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
Collaborate with team members to streamline banking operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and client interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in banking operations and financial management is required.
Demonstrated expertise in opening and managing various types of accounts, including CDs and investment accounts.
Strong understanding of financial principles, including debit and credit transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience with "meatball surgery type" accounting by the hundreds is a plus.
