Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Relationship Banker who is:

What You’ll Do

 

Member Onboarding

  • Personally welcome all new members, including those from Indirect Lending, with a phone call and guidance through next steps.
  • Use marketing tools and member data to recommend the next best product.
  • Enroll members in Online Banking, set up auto-payments, and cross-sell a checking or second product during onboarding.

Product & Service Sales

  • Drive product adoption through structured outreach via phone, email, and direct mail.
  • Build lasting relationships with members through consistent, personalized follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for key products like HELOCs, credit cards, and checking accounts.

Program Support & Cross-Selling

  • Lead the Direct@Work program, serving as the main contact for partner business employees.
  • Attend financial literacy events and support community partner presentations.
  • Contribute to campaigns and referral programs, and follow up on inbound leads from Direct.com.

What You Bring

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales or prospecting background, ideally in financial services.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade, and close over the phone.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant credit union regulations and operations.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
