Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
Develop referral networks through industry engagement and professional presence
Learn client goals, challenges, and priorities to align thoughtful solutions
Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-focused sales process
Coordinate and represent Solid Light at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
Conduct market research and support pipeline forecasting and planning
Collaborate within the Market Development team, as well as cross-departmentally, to ensure client expectations are communicated and achieved
Maintain accurate documentation of opportunities and client interactions
Support RFQs, proposals, and RFP responses including research, schedules, and pricing coordination
Contribute ideas and feedback that help shape strategy and improve services
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client services
Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales environments
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and long sales cycles effectively
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and related business tools
Interest or experience in design, construction, experiential, or creative industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Why Solid Light
Work alongside a collaborative team of creatives, strategists, fabricators, and storytellers
Help shape meaningful projects for museums, cultural institutions, and public spaces
Join a company that values creativity, craftsmanship, and strong client partnerships
Contribute to projects that blend design, technology, and immersive experiences
