Working at New Leaf: It’s time for a shift in consciousness. Join an organization that is more than just a place to work. It’s a lifestyle that allows you to pursue individual excellence in a flexible yet passionate team environment.
Join our Innovative, Passionate Team: Employees that thrive at New Leaf share our passion for leaving the world better than we found it and are committed to working in a groundbreaking field that is making a difference.
We offer high-paying careers with flexible work schedules, advancement opportunities, on-the-job training, and top-notch benefits for employees and their families. We also love to have fun at company-sponsored events like baseball games, team-building events, and happy hours.
We are Committed to a Better World: For fifteen years New Leaf has been recycling used cooking oil into high-quality biodiesel and replacing the need for petroleum diesel. Biodiesel reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 80% which has profound impacts both on a global and local scale. Globally, lower greenhouse gasses mean lower risks of devastating consequences of climate change such as rising sea levels and more frequent natural disasters. Locally, it means lower asthma and cancer rates and preserving our beautiful San Diego skyline. By using cleaner fuel, future generations will get to experience clean, fresh air – an idea that everyone can get behind.
