POSITION SUMMARY

This role with support the Client relationship marketing initiatives and consumer campaigns through all marketing channels including mail, email, web, etc. Types of campaigns would include Client support of vehicle campaigns, incentive offers and overall lifecycle marketing efforts. This person will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as our partner agency, FCB on all campaigns.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the development and execution of customer marketing campaigns in support of key company initiatives

Drive the creative direction of integrated marketing campaigns by working closely with agencies and in-house design team on concept development, brand alignment and launch strategies

Partner with in-house marketing teams to define goals, metrics, testing and targeting parameters across campaigns

Own the post-release proofing process QA and approve all campaigns to ensure that the creative, copy and functionality are correct; provide final approval on data segmentation counts and ensure that audiences are built to the requested specifications

Schedule deployments

Maintain communication among all cross functional marketing teams

Partner with data administrator (market planning) to pull segments, suppression lists and create data extensions in ET from Client data files

Partner with digital team on full customer experience (landing pages, PURLs, vanity URLs, etc.)

Maintain cross-functional partnerships with Marketing Communications, Loyalty, eCom, creative teams and external partners to coordinate offers, email content and linking, as needed

EQUIRED EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE

2 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within an agency or large OEM

Knowledge of HTML (including HTML5 and CSS3)

Experience working with data exports and data variables

Solid understanding of email best practices as well as industry trends

Stellar verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes to a layman

Strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as dedication to quality and efficiency

Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented work environment

Bachelor's Degree or higher
