Relationship Sales Representative

Position Summary:
As a Relationship Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term connections with B2B customers across multiple industries. This role requires a consultative sales approach, deep product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat and referral business
   
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate Kanak Exports products and services
   
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and quoting to order fulfillment and follow-up
   
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences
   
• Represent Kanak Exports at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
   
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and forecasts

 Qualified candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (building materials industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer success
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus 
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
