RIGHT NOW.\n\n##### \n\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer, including disabled \u0026 veterans. \n\nPrimary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Dubuque \nFunction: Product Engineering (CA) \nTitle: Reliability Engineer - 120439 \nOnsite/Remote:Onsite Position\n\n## Your Responsibilities\n\nAs a Reliability Engineer at John Deere Construction and Forestry in Dubuque, IA, you will:\n\n * Support design solutions for product delivery initiatives by applying reliability methodologies and tools\n * Identify areas of opportunity in durability, evaluate enhancement strategies, and monitor ongoing progress\n * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and design personnel to drive improvements in reliability\n * Analyze and predict the reliability of Backhoe and Landscape Loaders by identifying potential failure modes\n * Optimize critical business metrics including machine failure rates, cost per unit, and overall durability performance\n * Conduct data analysis and leverage quantitative techniques to generate actionable business insights and decision-support models\n * Assess the impact of reliability on system life cycle costs\n * Support the development of product design standards, guideline documentation, DTWs, and engineering analysis standards\n\n\n\nVISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position\n\n## What Skills You Need\n\n * Demonstrated technical proficiency in at least one of the following areas: hydraulics, drivetrain, electrical, or product validation\n * Experience/exposure in design or product validation\n * Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams\n * Capable of carrying out multiple tasks simultaneously\n * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills\n * Ability to collaborate with individuals of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, capabilities, and backgrounds\n\n\n\n## What Makes You Standout\n\n * Cross-functional experience related to PV\u0026V, design, and/or manufacturing teams\n * Experience utilizing reliability data analysis techniques in a manufacturing environment\n * Proven ability to innovate and implement new processes\n * Experience with analytic tools SQL, Python, R Shiny or Cloud data lake services\n\n\n\n## Education \n\nIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in an Engineering discipline\n\n\n\nWhat You\u0027ll Get\n\nAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
