Relief Driver/Jumper - Hopkinton, MA

Summary

The Relief Driver is responsible for covering routes and performing service-related tasks as needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of linen and uniform products to customers. This role involves driving delivery vehicles, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

· Fill in for regular drivers on various routes, ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed on schedule

· Provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

· Load and unload delivery vehicles, maintain accurate inventory counts, and ensure proper handling of all products

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition

· Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any customer interactions

· Previous experience in a delivery or driving role, preferably in the linen and uniform rental industry

· Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
