Ensures that quality nursing care is delivered to all patients on assigned nursing units, in accordance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and program plans of the hospital; ensures patient care standards, orientation, and continuing education standards are followed.
Demonstrates an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age specific needs and plans age specific treatment and care.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Current Illinois licensure
Bachelor's degree preferred
CPR certification and ACLS/PALS required.
Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience.
