We are seeking a Relocation Coordinator in Kentwood, MI
who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Rehab Relocation Coordinators are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing resident relocation activities during property rehabilitation projects. Ensures compliance with housing regulations, maintains clear communication with residents, and minimizes disruption to daily life.

This position is a full-time temporary role within KMG Prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement relocation plans in coordination with property management and construction teams
• Communicate relocation timelines, expectations, and support services to residents
• Assist residents with packing, transportation, and temporary housing arrangements
• Ensure compliance with HUD and local housing authority guidelines
• Maintain detailed records of relocation activities and resident interactions
• Resolve relocation-related issues and provide ongoing support throughout the rehab process

You Have:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Strong email and telephone etiquette

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in property management, social services, or housing programs
• Knowledge of tenant rights and relocation regulations
• Ability to work with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations
