Reman Structural Technician-CNC Operator

Machining the faces only of aluminum wheels 

• Well versed in all AWRS CNC machining standards  
• Inspect wheels and determine the proper amount of stock needed to ensure final product integrity. 
• Machine aluminum wheels within OE/AWRS standards 
• Keep pace with required production volume 
• Maintain workstations, equipment, etc.  
• Target Zero % personal rework rate  

Task: 

• Measuring critical dimensions with calipers an/or micrometers prior to cutting wheels 
• Cutting minimal stock with minimal multiple cycles to achieve an even finish  
• Perform a final measurement using either a caliper or micrometer 
• Finish daily workload each day 

Qualifications Required: 

• 2 Years of CNC machining experience 
• Working well with co-workers in a team environment
