07. Zoho Developer with Creator Experience

We are looking for a senior-level Zoho Creator Developer with deep expertise in building custom applications, automations, and integrations within Zoho Creator. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, improving operational efficiency, and supporting mission-critical workflows across intake, client management, reporting, and internal operations.

While the primary focus is hands-on development in Zoho Creator, candidates with project management capabilities and the ability to independently lead system improvements will be highly valued.

💼 What you will be doing:

Zoho Creator Development (Primary Focus)

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator
• Build advanced workflows, automations, and Deluge scripts
• Create scalable data models and relational structures
• Optimize system performance and long-term scalability
• Develop dashboards, reports, and internal operational tools
• Implement role-based access controls and security permissions

Integrations & Automation

• Integrate Zoho Creator with Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Desk, Flow, Analytics, etc.)
• Build integrations with third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks
• Automate operational workflows to reduce manual processes
• Maintain reliable data synchronization across systems

System Architecture & Optimization

• Analyze workflows and propose system improvements
• Refactor and optimize existing Creator applications
• Improve reliability, speed, and maintainability
• Apply best practices in development and documentation

Project Leadership (Nice to Have)

• Translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Independently lead system improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams

Support roadmap planning and system prioritization

• Technical Profile
• 4+ years of experience with Zoho Creator (advanced level)
• Strong expertise in Deluge scripting
• Proven experience building complex Creator apps from scratch
• Strong understanding of relational data modeling
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
