2026-2028 Collegiate LCSC Application

LEADERSHIP CULTIVATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE 2026-2028

The Leadership Cultivation and Selection Committee (LCSC) helps nurture and select the next generation of leaders for the Executive Board, Tri Delta’s Foundation Board of Trustees, Tri Delta Housing Board and the next LCSC. We are the search and slating committee for Tri Delta—think of us as Tri Delta’s board search committee! The committee consists of nine alumna members and two collegiate members, selected by the LCSC to serve on the committee from February 2027 through June 2029.  Click here to learn more about the two-year process that goes into selecting our boards.

The collegiate committee members are full voting members, providing a valuable collegiate perspective when selecting Tri Delta's future board members. Collegiate committee members help educate Tri Delta alumni and collegians about LCSC and its' selection process, network with potential leaders in-person at Tri Delta events as well as over Zoom, conduct final round interviews for the 2026-2028 slate, and participate in the final slating process. 

Requirements:

• Have an expected graduation date of Spring 2028 or later.
• Attend* 2027 Collegiate Leadership Conference, 2027 Volunteer Leadership Conference and 2028 Collegiate Leadership Conference.
• Participate* in the mandatory slating weekend in-person, March 2028 as a full voting member of the committee. Location is TBD.
