3D Designer / Motion Designer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a 3D Designer / Motion Designer to create impressive digital brand experiences for international brands.

• You develop and implement 3D and motion concepts independently, bringing creative ideas to life with high attention to detail.
• You create high-quality 3D models, environments, and scenes for digital brand experiences.
• You collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team of Art Directors, Designers, Developers, Creative Technologists, and Project Managers.
• You apply your skills in visual storytelling to create compelling brand communications and experiences.
• You create impactful presentations to effectively communicate creative concepts to clients.
• You stay current with the latest trends and techniques in 3D design and motion graphics.

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Designer or Motion Designer, ideally in a creative or digital agency.
• You have strong proficiency in Cinema 4D and/or Blender, combined with After Effects skills, with knowledge of Octane Render being a plus.
• You're experienced with Figma and Miro for collaborative workflows.
• Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus and demonstrates your affinity for innovative technologies.
• You have a strong sense for 3D, motion graphics, and visual design with excellent attention to detail.
• You understand technical processes and 3D product visualization (experience in the automotive sector is a plus).
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and maintain high design quality standards.
• You're a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines.
• You have an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your 3D and motion design skills, showcasing your creative approach and visual storytelling abilities.
