Think of this as a design-visualization role: you'll be the rendering toolkit that brings Lauren's design vision to life for client presentations—a skill outside her own toolkit, which is currently limited to watercolor/hand impressions and AI-generated concept images.

What you'll do:

  Take drafting inputs and Lauren's existing SketchUp massing model and develop them into a more resolved 3D model for design-study purposes (massing, materials, spatial studies).

  Produce photorealistic renderings—both exterior and interior—for client presentations.

  
  


• 
  

  Work from incomplete inputs: hand sketches, massing studies, and AI-generated concept imagery.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop conceptual visualizations during early design phases.

  
  


• 
  

  Create material, façade, and spatial studies to support design exploration.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver one-off rendering packages per project milestone rather than a continuous daily commitment.

  
  


• 
  

  Interpret design intent and translate it into accurate, compelling visualizations.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver visualization packages and implement revisions based on client feedback.

  
  


• 
  

  Support multiple project deliverables while maintaining quality and efficiency.

  
  

What you must have:

• 
  

  Proven experience as a 3D Visualization Architect, Architectural Visualizer, or Rendering Specialist.

  
  


• 
  

  A strong portfolio of photorealistic architectural renderings, ideally residential or boutique hospitality.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in SketchUp plus a rendering engine (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated experience creating photorealistic architectural visualizations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of architectural materials, lighting, composition, and interior visualization.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working on high-end residential (luxury) projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent written and spoken English.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to interpret design intent from incomplete or sketch-level information.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual output.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable turnaround on a per-project basis.

  
  


• 
  

  Availability to work on a flexible, on-demand basis for discrete engagements..

  Experience with traditional / timeless residential or boutique hospitality aesthetics.

  Experience with island, coastal, or resort-style architecture.

  Proficiency with AutoCAD and additional rendering tools.

  Experience using AI visualization tools for rendering enhancement.
