Docketing Specialist (Trademark Focus)

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM or Philippines)

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week, US business hours)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IP Docketing Specialist to support a growing portfolio of law firm and corporate clients. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate trademark records, managing critical deadlines, auditing databases, and supporting day-to-day docketing operations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with US and international trademark lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark docketing and deadlines.


• Perform database audits and quality assurance checks.


• Assist with trademark data migration and portfolio onboarding.


• Support multiple client portfolios as business needs change.


• Provide administrative and operational support when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of trademark IP docketing experience.


• Strong understanding of the trademark lifecycle and USPTO processes.


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.


• Experience with legal docketing software and productivity tools.


• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.


• Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet.
