Job Description: Senior Trademark Paralegal

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM or Philippines)

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week, US business hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Independent Contractor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Trademark Paralegal to combine hands-on trademark paralegal work with operational oversight. The role involves managing trademark filings, supporting IP portfolios, overseeing daily workflow, and helping ensure high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file USPTO and TTAB trademark documents.


• Review trademark searches, Office Actions, and legal correspondence.


• Support global trademark portfolio management.


• Manage team workflow, inboxes, and task allocation.


• Review work for quality and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience.


• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark law.


• Previous leadership or workflow coordination experience.


• Excellent written and verbal English communication.


• Experience with trademark docketing systems and legal practice management software.


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
