820 - Lead Generator

We need an English-fluent Lead Generator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Complete outbound calls via phone system.


• Disposition of every call.


• Make notes on every attempt.


• 4 hours of talk time or 350 outbound calls.


• Call List completion, daily.


• Answer, transfer and forward incoming data calls.


• Work call lists uploaded by manager.


• Be available for inbound data leads while making outbound calls.


• Use sweet process before attempting support from Management.


• Complete Premier tracker in real time.


• Monthly meeting with all staff to discuss performance tracker, goals, month end recognition and Q&A 

Requirements:

• 1 + Year telemarketing experience
