Remote ABA Senior Marketing Director - NJ - Positive Work Culture

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Director for Blue Balloon ABA!

Job Summary

This is a remote position, candidates located in MD, NJ, AZ and NC are strongly preferred. Some travel may be required for this role (MD, NJ, AZ, NC).

This role is responsible for driving demand generation through managing the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis. Under the guidance of the CEO, the Marketing Director will assist with marketing efforts across all states and supervise/lead the Community Outreach team.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist CEO in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans; collaborate with senior executives.

· Oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and branding opportunities for the organization, including advertising and promotional activities, short- and long-term marketing plans, calendars and programs, developing pricing policies and setting budgets; do so across digital and non-digital channels.

· Direct marketing messaging activities and ensuring marketing programs align with public relations/community initiatives.

· Track and evaluate the results of marketing campaigns and identifying opportunities to drive improvement and grow target market share.

· Oversee expansion of marketing efforts including events, partnership strategy, branding improvements, and so on.

· Develop presentations, speeches, pitch materials, proposals and other important company messages.

· Responsible for the day-to-day management of community outreach team; hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, supervision, evaluation, and progressive disciplinary action.

· Develops, composes, distributes, and implements polices to enhance the efficiency of the community outreach department and to further develop the building and maintaining of a positive company brand.

· Manage relationship with digital marketing vendor to ensure clear guidance on budget, geographic focus, and activities; lead regular joint meetings and ensure impact metrics are met.

· Ensure website is up-to-date and identify ways to improve user experience and referral pull-through; oversee the maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.

· Enhance and maintain Blue Balloon ABA’s social media presence.

· Build toolkit for ramping referrals when entering new markets and apply the toolkit across expansion geographies.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

· A minimum of 4 years healthcare services experience.

· Experience in marketing and strategy roles across multiple organizations.

· Knowledge of ABA therapy including marketing channels, reimbursement and competitive dynamics, care settings and implications.

· Detail oriented, strong organizational, time management, analytical and problem solving skills.

· Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including phone and email.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Must pass background check upon hire.
