This role is ideal for a sales executive who is already producing and looking for a platform that removes friction and allows them to focus on growing revenue. You will be responsible for managing and expanding your existing customer relationships while continuing to develop new opportunities.

Requirements

  Minimum 5+ years of truckload brokerage or logistics sales experience

  A portable book of business with established customer relationships

  Strong understanding of truckload pricing, market dynamics, and customer strategy

  No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements

  
  

Ideal Candidate

  Demonstrated production of 20+ loads per week

  $4,000+ in brokerage revenue over the last 12 months

  Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships independently
