Homewatch CareGivers of St. Cloud is a trusted provider of in-home care services, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a motivated and relationship driven Account Executive to join our growing team and help expand our presence throughout Central Minnesota.

Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong referral relationships, identifying new client opportunities, and promoting the value of our home care services. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a background in healthcare or marketing who thrives in a mission-driven, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new client referrals and increase market share

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and healthcare providers

Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners

Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Represent Homewatch CareGivers at community events, health fairs, and networking functions

Track sales activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM software

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred

3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or senior services

Strong interpersonal, communication, data analytics, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
