Account Executive

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking a driven, bilingual Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a bachelors degree. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with the potential to earn over $100,000 in your first year. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building client relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue.

• Promote ALL IN ONE Employment Services solutions and clearly communicate value propositions.

• Manage client accounts, follow up on leads, and track sales activities.

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Report and forecast sales performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
