About the Role

At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients, a digital marketing agency serving U.S.-based businesses. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage the sales process from the first conversation through closing.

This role is focused on consultative selling, not scripted sales. You will engage inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, understand business challenges, recommend relevant digital marketing solutions, and take ownership of opportunities through negotiation and close.

Responsibilities

Inbound Sales

• Respond to inbound leads promptly across phone, email, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs and pain points.
• Conduct structured discovery and sales calls.
• Present appropriate digital marketing solutions based on prospect requirements.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and confidently close qualified opportunities.

Pipeline Management

• Own opportunities from initial contact through close.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to keep prospects engaged.
• Identify stalled opportunities and determine appropriate next steps.
• Prioritize leads based on urgency, fit, and likelihood to close.

CRM Management

• Manage the sales pipeline in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Keep lead information, notes, activities, and pipeline stages accurate.
• Track follow-ups and ensure no qualified opportunity is overlooked.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting.

Client Communication

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Clearly communicate the value of digital marketing services.
• Represent services including SEO, paid advertising, and web development.
• Communicate confidently with U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in inbound sales, business development, or a similar closing role.
• Proven experience conducting consultative sales conversations and closing deals.
• Demonstrated experience handling objections and negotiations.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Ideal Experience & Skills

• Experience selling digital marketing services.
• Previous experience selling SEO, paid advertising, web development, or related services.

Typical Day

• Review and respond to new inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Recommend relevant marketing solutions.
• Follow up with active opportunities and stalled prospects.
• Handle objections and negotiate with qualified prospects.
• Update GHL with lead activity and pipeline information.
• Review pipeline priorities and move opportunities toward close.
