Account Executive AdTech / Retail Media

Our client is an innovative AdTech company transforming the retail media landscape through AI-powered advertising technology, advanced analytics, and performance-driven solutions. They are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Account Executive to drive new business with enterprise brands and agencies.

Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you will drive net-new business and revenue growth within the retail media and digital advertising space. This is a consultative sales role for a strong hunter who can build relationships with senior decision-makers, identify opportunities, and manage the sales process from prospecting through close.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business with enterprise brands and agencies.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present compelling business cases to senior and C-level decision-makers.
• Understand client business needs and position AI-powered advertising solutions that drive measurable results.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Stay current on retail media, digital advertising, competitive trends, and emerging AdTech solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales pipeline information.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS, AdTech, digital advertising, or technology sales experience.
• 2+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
• Retail media experience required.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, including paid search, display, and/or video.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience selling to agencies, brands, and/or enterprise clients.
• Ability to speak confidently with C-level and senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000
• OTE: $160,000–$200,000
