Job Description - Account Manager

WFH

Job role

Manage a portfolio of accounts

Develop positive relationship with clients

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

Reach out to potential customers to create new business and build portfolio.

Candidate requirements:

Experience as a Sales Account Manager

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Proficient in CRM software, ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite

Understanding of Auto ID Technology’
