Job Description - Account Manager (Client Services)

Role Overview 
The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a major US-based client’s Formula 1 partnership, with a focus on delivering fully integrated activations across creative, digital, content, hospitality and experiential workstreams. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact, the Account Manager will ensure the partnership runs seamlessly, delivering measurable value and achieving agreed objectives. 
This role demands strong expertise in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, and integrated campaign delivery. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all activations are executed to the highest standard — on time and within budget. Regular communication and proactive relationship management will be critical to driving client satisfaction and long-term success. 
This role offers flexibility to be based remotely in the US.  

Key Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day management of client’s Formula 1 partnership objectives and liaison with clients and team at relevant levels. 
    • Support on the strategic development, implementation and execution of global activations across multiple markets and customised programs that meet client objectives across brand and product initiatives. 
    • Manage the delivery of project workstreams to a specific schedule and within the agreed budget using proven project management tools. 
    • Manage the operational planning and delivery of integrated activations across creative, digital, content, PR and hospitality workstreams.  
    • Budget creation and management of all global marketing activities for the client. 
    • Management and tracking of all contractual partnership assets. 
    • Work with the account team to develop and pitch fresh and innovative ideas to the client. 
    • Generate accurate reports and status notifications, including feedback and financial reporting to the Account Director / Group Account Director. 
    • Support with management and coordination of the account team, ensuring that no piece of work is delivered below Right Formula’s high standards.  

Skills & Experience Required

    • A minimum of 4+ years of property, agency or client-based account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries.  
    • Working in Formula 1 or other motorsport is essential. 
    • Experience of partnership management with a strong focus on activation planning and integrated activation delivery. 
    • Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, agencies, rights holders and suppliers. 
    • Onsite logistical experience to deliver activations and hospitality programs. 
    • Proven track record of building and managing budgets, and project related reports for the client. 
    • Willingness to work flexible work hours, including weekends, while planning for and balancing with deserved time away. 
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. 
    • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Monday.com skills. 
    • Preference will be given for those living in Eastern time zone.
