Severa is the leading project management software used by over 1800 companies mainly in Finland, Sweden and Norway. With our product, companies manage their entire business from project & service management to resourcing and invoicing.

We are now looking for an ambitious and growth minded Account Manager to accelerate our business and help us become the market leader also in Sweden.

In the role of an Account Manager, your mission is to grow our footprint in Sweden by expanding our reseller network, as well as via direct sales to win new customers. Your responsibilities cover everything from prospecting and booking online meetings to closing deals. You will discuss the business with SMEs management and experts, map current processes, and demonstrate the functionalities and benefits of Severa with an active approach. Selling Severa requires the ability to work at a fast pace but long-term, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and a customer-oriented mindset.

What do we expect from you?

We value foremost your previous experience in solution-oriented B2B sales. Knowledge from project management related tasks or service-based businesses is a significant advantage. The position is appropriately challenging, and as your skills and understanding grow, you can move on to larger accounts and more complex solution packages. Skills and knowledge of the product and operating environment will naturally develop along the way. Severa consultants will assist you in your daily work, and the entire Severa sales team will be happy to support and coach you.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Proven track record in successful B2B sales.

• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.

• Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with a strong drive to initiate cold contacts and convert these into happy customers.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent Swedish and English language skills (Finnish is considered a plus).

• Readiness to travel.

The compensation model in this position includes a competitive commission and the base salary is estimated to be around 50-75k SEK per month, depending on your experience and background. We are also happy to discuss and hear your expectations.
