Key Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports, including payment schedules and cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation of accounts.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification in accounting or finance.
