Account Payable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Who We Are XP Services, Inc is a trusted leader in aviation services, delivering high quality technical and operational solutions across the industry. We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing finance team remotely.

Your Role You will play a vital role in managing our financial operations by ensuring all outgoing payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do

• Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up to date financial records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries
• Assist with month end closing procedures and financial reporting
• Work closely with internal departments to streamline payment processes
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Must be a US resident
